Cancellations & Amendments

Please arrive on time for your appointment.

Typically I work back to back so if you arrive early I may miss out on a much needed toilet trip or quick snack.


Equally if you are running late I may not be able to complete your appointment, as I will not cause other clients to have to wait.

If you are 15mins or more late your appointment will be automatically cancelled and 100% of the appointment cost will be payable.

No Shows are automatically charged 100% of the appointment fee.

​

Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will be charged 50% of the appointment fee.

​

Cancellations with less than 24hours notice will be charged 100% of the appointment cost.

Additional Guests

As much as I love children (I have 3 myself!), due to my insurance, as well as the fact I want you to have a relaxing environment and treatment with me, children and additional guests (including pets) are not allowed at your appointment. 

​

However I appreciate that some times childcare problems occur and I will look to accommodate these on a case by case basis.

Payments

When booking an appointment with me you will be asked for 50% of the treatment price upfront.

The remaining balance is then payable at your appointment either by Paypal, Card Machine or Cash.
